Karoo is a Commander card through and through — the tempo loss of entering tapped barely registers in a 40-life, slower-paced format, and the enters-the-battlefield abuse potential with bounce synergies is at its ceiling in a singleton environment full of plains-heavy white builds. Legacy and Vintage technically allow it, but no competitive list there wants a tapped land that telegraphs a bounce loop.
