Island Fish Jasconius is an 8/8 islandwalk beater that can't attack or block unless you control an Island — a real cost in non-blue or multicolor builds, but trivial in mono-blue or Island-heavy shells. The best home for it is Jon Irenicus, Shattered One, where donating a creature that locks itself down unless the opponent runs Islands is a feature, not a bug.
