Glissa, the Traitor card art
Glissa, the Traitor is a three-mana 3/3 first strike deathtouch that converts every opposing creature death into a free artifact recursion trigger — and since deathtouch makes every block fatal, you manufacture those deaths constantly. The cost is that she does nothing the turn she enters and needs a board of artifacts to recur, but pair her with something like Grave Pact and she pulls so far ahead that Glissa Sunslayer looks like the budget version.

Glissa Sunslayer decks run Glissa, the Traitor as a secondary engine — Sunslayer handles counters and enchantment removal while the Traitor recycles the artifacts that keep enabling attacks, giving the deck two overlapping threat axes that demand separate answers.

In Commander, Glissa, the Traitor is a legitimate build-around: black-green artifact recursion is a real archetype with powerful combo lines, and her stat line is threatening enough that opponents have to answer her or lose card advantage every combat. In Legacy and Vintage she's legal but too slow for formats where the graveyard is exploited at instant speed before a three-mana creature can even attack. Modern is her ceiling in constructed — she's theoretically playable in artifact-heavy midrange, but three mana for a creature with no immediate impact rarely clears the bar. Commander is where she belongs, full stop.
