Legacy and Vintage have access to far more efficient land acceleration, and the discover synergy that makes From the Rubble interesting simply doesn't exist as a supported archetype in those formats. In Commander, it earns its slot specifically in Dinosaur-tribal shells where the discover trigger compounds its value; outside that context, it competes with Kodama's Reach and Cultivate for the same slot and usually loses.
