Crackling Emergence turns any land into a 3/3 creature with haste and trample for two mana — the enchantment stays even if the creature dies, so you get repeated activation value without re-casting. The catch is that animating Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx or another utility land takes it offline for mana, so timing matters.

In Commander, Crackling Emergence earns its slot in landfall and land-matters builds that already run utility-heavy mana bases — the persistent enchantment means one cast generates pressure for the rest of the game. In Pauper it competes in aggressive green stompy lists, where a two-mana haste-and-trample threat on a reusable body is legitimate tempo. Modern and Pioneer have more efficient threats, so Crackling Emergence is a fringe role-player at best outside of specific land-animation synergy decks. Legacy and Vintage have no realistic home for it — the power ceiling there makes a 3/3 irrelevant.

$0.09 bulk tier
At $0.09, Crackling Emergence is deep bulk — you're picking it up as a throw-in, not a deliberate purchase. Bulk enchantments with niche synergy rarely spike unless a new commander breaks the mechanic wide open, so expect the price to stay flat.
