In Commander, Cavalcade of Calamity is a two-mana enchantment that scales directly with token density, and it's narrowly powerful in the right shell — go-wide red decks that produce 1-power tokens consistently will squeeze real value from it, but it's a blank in any deck without that critical mass. In Pioneer and Modern it's a legitimate aggressive piece in mono-red token lists, pairing with Monastery Swiftspear and Young Pyromancer to convert cheap threats into burn.
