Xenograft naming Angel or Cleric is the glue — without it, Necrotic Ooze doesn't qualify as the creature type Righteous Valkyrie cares about, and Lightning Greaves bypasses summoning sickness so neither piece stalls the loop on entry. This lives in Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim or Oloro, Ageless Ascetic shells that already want every one of these cards.

Steps

Activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying , attaching it to Priest of Fell Rites.
Activate Priest of Fell Rites by paying three life, tapping and sacrificing it, returning Necrotic Ooze from your graveyard to the battlefield.
When Necrotic Ooze enters the battlefield, Righteous Valkyrie's first ability triggers, causing you to gain life equal to Necrotic Ooze's toughness.
