Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Inexorable Tide or Thrummingbird can seed the initial charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter if it enters bare. Forsaken Monument can offset the colorless mana costs of the loop in a dedicated mono-green artifact shell, but the bottleneck is Lithoform Engine — it's the hardest piece to replace, and without it the math doesn't close.
