Samut, the Driving Force reduces artifact costs to zero, so Sol Ring and any free artifact bounce back and forth under Words of Wind while Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain triggers on each cast. Each loop cycle forces every opponent to return a permanent to hand, and with enough repetitions the table is left with nothing on the battlefield. The combo sits in a Jhoira storm shell that already wants every historic piece it can find.

Result
Infinite storm count; Return all permanents opponents control to their owner's hand; Infinite LTB; Infinite ETB; Mass Land Denial
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
The free artifact slot is flexible — Ornithopter, Memnite, or Shadowspear all cost zero under Samut and slot straight in. If Samut is removed before the loop starts, the engine collapses entirely; Jhoira lists that run this line should protect Samut with counter backup or redundancy. Infinite storm count naturally closes with Aetherflux Reservoir; the mass bounce is often a win on its own if opponents can't rebuild fast enough.
