Rimewind Taskmage's activated ability costs 1 and taps itself to untap any snow permanent; Illusionist's Bracers copies that activation for free, letting one trigger untap the Taskmage and the other untap Sol Ring. Sol Ring's two colorless outpaces the one spent to activate, so each cycle produces net mana.
