Verdict
Yes — this 3-piece loop generates infinite mana with a single mana rock once Illusionist's Bracers copies the Rimewind Taskmage untap onto Sol Ring.

Rimewind Taskmage's activated ability costs 1 and taps itself to untap any snow permanent; Illusionist's Bracers copies that activation for free, letting one trigger untap the Taskmage and the other untap Sol Ring. Sol Ring's two colorless outpaces the one spent to activate, so each cycle produces net mana. The snow-permanent threshold of four is the real deck-building constraint — this lives in snow-tribal blue shells built around Narfi, Betrayer King or Orvar, the All-Form, where hitting four snow lands plus permanents is trivial.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Replace Sol Ring with any other snow mana rock that taps for two or more — Coldsteel Heart counts as a snow permanent and satisfies part of the threshold while serving as the engine piece. Thassa's Oracle or Blue Sun's Zenith are the natural closers once mana goes infinite; the combo produces colorless from Sol Ring specifically, so factor that into the kill spell's casting cost.
