Lightning Greaves equips for free, giving Impulsive Pilferer shroud and haste so it survives priority and can immediately be sacrificed to Goblin Bombardment; the death trigger makes a Treasure that replays it, and Koll, the Forgemaster returns the Pilferer to hand to close the loop. The engine runs at one red per cycle — the Treasure provides exactly that — making each iteration self-funding. Red-white aristocrats shells running Koll as commander assemble this fastest, since any tutor that finds Equipment or a sacrifice outlet puts two pieces in hand at once.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Ashnod's Altar can replace Goblin Bombardment as the sacrifice outlet if the goal is infinite colorless mana rather than direct damage, though the loop then needs a separate damage sink like Walking Ballista. Lightning Greaves is the hardest piece to replace — Swiftfoot Boots costs one to equip per loop, breaking the zero-cost structure unless there is already a floating mana source. The kill is built in via Bombardment, so no closer is needed beyond what the combo already does.
