Goblin Bombardment sacrifices Memnite for 1 damage; Koll, the Forgemaster returns it to hand because it was a nontoken creature equipped with Lightning Greaves when it died. Memnite casts for zero, so each loop is a free shot at any target. The shell is Boros — any commander that tutors equipment or small creatures assembles this fast.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any zero-mana creature that can wear Lightning Greaves replaces Memnite — Ornithopter is the direct swap. Altar of Dementia replaces Goblin Bombardment if the kill needs to be a mill instead of damage, and Ashnod's Altar replaces it for infinite colorless mana. Lightning Greaves is load-bearing here — Swiftfoot Boots does not work because it requires a mana investment each loop.
