Koll, the Forgemaster + Goblin Bombardment + Lightning Greaves + Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh

Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh costs zero, so after Koll, the Forgemaster returns him to hand from a Goblin Bombardment sacrifice, recasting him is free — Lightning Greaves re-equips for zero and the loop runs again. Every sacrifice pings for 1, and every Rograkh entering the battlefield fires an ETB trigger, so any payoff that cares about creatures dying or entering closes the game immediately.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Lightning Greaves is load-bearing here — it re-equips for zero, keeping the loop costless; swapping in Swiftfoot Boots breaks the engine because re-equipping costs one. Thornbite Staff on Goblin Bombardment's controller is a redundant sacrifice outlet that also resets, but the Greaves-Bombardment-Koll shell is the tightest version. Purphoros, God of the Forge or Impact Tremors convert the infinite ETBs into a table kill without needing to track 1-damage pings.
