Karametra's Acolyte taps for green mana equal to devotion; at four or more, a single activation covers Emiel the Blessed's 3-mana blink cost and then some. Lightning Greaves shuffles between the two at zero cost — equip to the Acolyte to tap it, re-equip to Emiel to activate the blink, then the returned Acolyte is untapped and ready for the next iteration. This slots cleanly into any green devotion commander shell — Karametra, God of Harvests or Gargos, Vicious Watcher already want high green pip density.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Selvala, Heart of the Wilds can replace Karametra's Acolyte as the mana engine if the creature entering has power four or greater, though that introduces a stricter constraint on what's in play. Once mana goes infinite, Craterhoof Behemoth off the infinite ETBs ends the game; Great Oak Guardian or Purphoros, God of the Forge also close from the loop's repeated enters-the-battlefield triggers.
