Prerequisites
You have an instant card exiled with Isochron Scepter that does not remove a permanent and/or counter a spell, and that has legal targets, if needed. Kiora has at least three loyalty counters on it.

Steps
- Activate Sol Ring by tapping it, adding
. - Activate Kiora's loyalty ability twice by removing two loyalty counters from it, untapping Sol Ring and Isochron Scepter.
- Activate Isochron Scepter by paying
and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost. - Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora.
- Resolve the copy of the instant card.
- Repeat.

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Brainstorm and Opt are clean imprint targets that fulfill the activation and replace themselves into better closers; Stroke of Genius imprinted on Scepter draws the library directly and collapses the need for a separate kill. If Oath of Teferi is unavailable, the two-loyalty-per-activation requirement is the hard constraint — there is no cheaper substitute for that piece in this specific line.
