Displacer Kitten + Frantic Search + Dark Ritual + Timeless Witness
4-card combo · BGU
Verdict
Yes — this 4-card loop generates near-infinite storm count, near-infinite black mana, and draws the whole library through alternating Frantic Search and Dark Ritual recursion.

Displacer Kitten blinks Timeless Witness every time a noncreature spell resolves; Timeless Witness's enters-the-battlefield trigger retrieves whichever half of the engine is in the graveyard, keeping Dark Ritual and Frantic Search trading back and forth indefinitely. The loop runs in any Sultai shell that casts noncreature spells — Niv-Mizzet, Parun-style storm builds pivot here, and Golos or Kenrith variants that splash black have everything they need across three colors.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Eternal Witness is the obvious swap for Timeless Witness if the megamorph ability is irrelevant — the ETB trigger is identical and the loop runs the same way. The combo generates near-infinite storm count and black mana but requires a closer; Thassa's Oracle after emptying the library or Aetherflux Reservoir to cash in the storm count are the cleanest kills to pair with it.
