Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion is the linchpin: her static ability doubles the counters placed by proliferate, turning Karn's Bastion's one-counter proliferate into two +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite each cycle. Those two counters tap for 4 colorless ability-only mana, which pays for Karn's Bastion, and Lost Jitte converts a charge counter into an untap of the land to restart the loop. The whole engine runs at sorcery speed gated by Karn's Bastion's tap requirement, so any removal on Lae'zel or Cryptic Trilobite before the loop closes shuts it down cold.

Steps

The combo needs a second proliferate payoff to win — Inexorable Tide, Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider in borrowed shells, or Contagion Engine don't fit white cleanly, so lean on Walking Ballista or Luminarch Aspirant as the counter sink. Sword of Truth and Justice can substitute for Lost Jitte as the untap source if combat damage is dealt, but that adds a step that Jitte bypasses entirely — keep Jitte.
