Karn's Bastion proliferates onto Lost Jitte and doubles Cryptic Trilobite's +1/+1 counters via Branching Evolution; Trilobite converts those counters into four colorless ability-activation mana, and Lost Jitte spends one charge counter to untap the Bastion and restart the loop. The whole engine costs nothing after setup — every iteration is free and produces a proliferate trigger that spreads to every permanent and player already carrying counters.

Steps

Activate Karn's Bastion by paying , putting a charge counter on Lost Jitte and two +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite.
Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities.
Activate Lost Jitte by removing a charge counter from it, untapping Karn's Bastion.
Repeat.

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Inexorable Tide or Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider can supplement the counter-doubling role if Branching Evolution is removed, though neither replaces it in the loop itself — Branching Evolution is load-bearing here, not a style choice. The infinite proliferate has no built-in kill; pair it with a planeswalker ultimating on the spot, a poison counter already on opponents, or Heliod, Sun-Crowned and a life-gain outlet to convert the triggers into a win condition.
