Karn's Bastion proliferates for 4 mana, which Winding Constrictor doubles into two charge counters on Lost Jitte and two +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite; those two +1/+1 counters convert through Cryptic Trilobite's first ability into exactly enough restricted mana to pay for Lost Jitte's untap of Karn's Bastion. The loop is self-sustaining from that point — every activation nets additional charge counters and proliferates every other counter on the battlefield along the way.

Steps

Activate Karn's Bastion by paying , putting two charge counters on Lost Jitte and two +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite.
Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities.
Activate Lost Jitte by removing a charge counter from it, untapping Karn's Bastion.
Repeat.

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Doubling Season and Branching Evolution both replace Winding Constrictor as the counter-doubler if the snake is removed, though both cost more to cast. The infinite proliferate closes immediately with any planeswalker near its ultimate or Cytoplast Manipulator, but the cleanest kill is a Walking Ballista that enters with infinite counters off the stockpiled mana.
