Karn's Bastion's proliferate doubles the counters on both Lost Jitte and Cryptic Trilobite; Pir, Imaginative Rascal turns each counter added into two, meaning Bastion's activation puts two charge counters on Jitte and two +1/+1 counters on Trilobite instead of one each. Trilobite cashes in those two +1/+1 counters for 4 colorless, Jitte spends one charge counter to untap Bastion, and the loop restarts with net-positive counters on everything. Green counter-proliferate shells — Atraxa, Praetors' Voice adjacents, Ezuri, Claw of Progress, or a dedicated Pir and Toothy pairing — can close with Walking Ballista or Sage of Hours the moment the loop begins.

Steps

Activate Karn's Bastion by paying , putting two charge counters on Lost Jitte and two +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite.
Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities.
Activate Lost Jitte by removing a charge counter from it, untapping Karn's Bastion.
Repeat.

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Without Pir on board the loop collapses — Karn's Bastion proliferates only one counter onto each permanent, and Trilobite produces only 2 colorless from two +1/+1 counters, leaving the 4-cost Bastion activation in the red. Flux Channeler or Doubling Season can stand in as the doubling effect to make the math work. Once the loop is live, Walking Ballista is the cleanest kill; Hydra Broodmaster or Helix Pinnacle close if Ballista isn't in the 99.
