Karn's Bastion proliferates onto Lost Jitte and Cryptic Trilobite; Conclave Mentor turns each +1/+1 counter placed on Trilobite into two, giving it enough colorless to untap Bastion through Jitte's charge-counter removal. The loop requires Lost Jitte to already have a charge counter and Trilobite to already have a +1/+1 counter before the engine starts — assemble that baseline first. Green-white Atraxa, Praetors' Voice and Hamza, Guardian of Arashin lists are the natural homes, where proliferate doubles as support rather than the entire plan.

Steps

Activate Karn's Bastion by paying , putting a charge counter on Lost Jitte and two +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite.
Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities.
Activate Lost Jitte by removing a charge counter from it, untapping Karn's Bastion.
Repeat.

Deepglow Skate is a one-shot burst alternative if the full 4-card assembly is too tight for the list. The infinite proliferate doesn't win on its own — pair it with a persist creature like Woodfall Primus, a planeswalker near ultimate, or Crystalline Crawler to convert the loop into the actual kill; Walking Ballista loaded with counters is the cleanest closer in green-white.
