Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider doubles every counter placed, so Karn's Bastion's proliferate drops four charge counters on Lost Jitte and four +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite instead of two each. Cryptic Trilobite converts two of those +1/+1 counters into four colorless restricted mana — exactly enough to reactivate Karn's Bastion — and Lost Jitte burns a charge counter to untap the land and restart the loop. Green counter-proliferate shells running Vorinclex already want Karn's Bastion; Lost Jitte and Cryptic Trilobite are the two cards that close the engine.

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Inexorable Tide or Contagion Engine can substitute proliferate duties if Karn's Bastion is strip-mined, though neither untaps itself and the loop collapses without a replacement mana source for Cryptic Trilobite. The infinite proliferate wins on the spot with any planeswalker ticking toward an ultimate or Walking Ballista already on the battlefield — without a counter sink in play, the loop generates value but not an immediate kill.
