Once Leveler exiles the library, Out of the Tombs converts every draw replacement into a graveyard return — Trazyn the Infinite copying Commander's Sphere's tap-and-sacrifice produces an infinite recursion loop that generates death, ETB, and LTB triggers on every cycle. The engine lives entirely in mono-black and slots naturally into the Necron Dynasties shell where both Trazyn the Infinite and Commander's Sphere already appear.

How it works

Prerequisites

You can pull off the core of this combo in the Necron Dynasties Warhammer 40K preconstructed Commander deck. First mill your library the hard way instead of using Leveler. If you did not draw any other combo pieces, you can even use Out of the Tombs to assemble the combo. First return Triarch Praetorian, which allows you to return Trazyn the Infinite and Psychomander (the win condition).

Steps

Cast Leveler by paying
When Leveler enters, it triggers, exiling your library.
Activate Trazyn the Infinite using Commander's Sphere's ability by sacrificing it.
Resolve the ability, using Out of the Tombs's ability to return Trazyn the Infinite from your graveyard to the battlefield instead of drawing a card.
Repeat from step 3.
