Trazyn the Infinite turns every artifact creature in your graveyard into a live resource — activated abilities, static effects, all of it available at once — and Staff of Domination makes that immediately game-ending when Trazyn copies its untap loop. The cost is that the effect dies with Trazyn, so removal wipes your board state clean and you're left with nothing but a graveyard.

Imotekh the Stormlord
Imotekh the Stormlord floods the board with artifact tokens that feed the graveyard naturally, giving Trazyn the Infinite a deep pool of abilities to copy on the same turn Imotekh fires off his own triggers.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |
|---|---|
| commander | legal |
| legacy | legal |
| modern | not legal |
| pioneer | not legal |
| standard | not legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | not legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
Commander is where Trazyn the Infinite actually functions — the format's longer games and graveyard-heavy artifact strategies give you time to stock the bin before Trazyn lands. In Legacy and Vintage he's technically legal but has never found a home; those formats move too fast to spend four mana on a do-nothing body that needs setup. Oathbreaker is the one non-Commander format worth mentioning, where the constrained card pool occasionally lets graveyard-artifact engines come online quickly enough for Trazyn to matter.

$1.42 cheap tier
At $1.42, Trazyn the Infinite sits in budget-include territory — you're paying almost nothing for a card with genuine combo potential. Demand is steady enough from Necron Dynasties players that the price is unlikely to crater, but it's not climbing either.
