Eldrazi Displacer blinks Tivit on each loop; Tivit re-enters and creates at least one Treasure and two Clue or Treasure tokens. Clock of Omens taps two of those artifact tokens to untap Sol Ring, which refunds the that Displacer spent, making the whole chain self-sustaining. The loop runs inside any Tivit, Seller of Secrets deck already running Sol Ring and Clock of Omens — the artifact token density Tivit generates is exactly what Clock wants.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any other mana-neutral blink effect that costs three or fewer can substitute for Eldrazi Displacer if the Displacer draws removal — Conjurer's Closet is slower but untaps at end step for free. The loop produces infinite tokens but no direct kill; pair it with Reckoner Bankbuster for draws, Thopter Foundry for bodies, or any drain effect that triggers on artifact ETBs to close the game.
