Eldrazi Displacer blinks Tivit on each loop; Tivit re-enters and creates at least one Treasure and two Clue or Treasure tokens. Clock of Omens taps two of those artifact tokens to untap Sol Ring, which refunds the {C}{C} that Displacer spent, making the whole chain self-sustaining. The loop runs inside any Tivit, Seller of Secrets deck already running Sol Ring and Clock of Omens — the artifact token density Tivit generates is exactly what Clock wants.

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Any other mana-neutral blink effect that costs three or fewer can substitute for Eldrazi Displacer if the Displacer draws removal — Conjurer's Closet is slower but untaps at end step for free. The loop produces infinite tokens but no direct kill; pair it with Reckoner Bankbuster for draws, Thopter Foundry for bodies, or any drain effect that triggers on artifact ETBs to close the game.
