Displacer Kitten blinks Shipwreck Dowser each time a noncreature spell resolves, and Dowser's ETB returns the ritual just spent to hand. Dark Ritual and Cabal Ritual alternate, each refunding the Dowser blink and returning the other ritual to keep the chain moving — the loop nets mana on every iteration of Cabal Ritual and fires infinite magecraft and ETB triggers along the way. Blue-black spellslinger commanders like Kess, Dissident Mage or Talrand, Sky Summoner have the density of instants and sorceries to support both the rituals and the Kitten.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Cabal Ritual requires at least threshold — three other cards in the graveyard — to net mana beyond its own casting cost, so make sure the bin is stocked before going for the loop. Any instant or sorcery that cantrips serves as a Dowser trigger if the ritual chain needs setup. Thassa's Oracle or Aetherflux Reservoir closes the game once mana goes infinite; the loop itself leaves the kill entirely to the deck.
