Sensei's Divining Top bounces itself to the top of the library; Birds of Paradise pays the 1 to recast it, and Valley Floodcaller's trigger untaps Birds and stacks +1/+1 onto every Bird, Otter, Frog, and Rat in play each iteration. One with the Multiverse sits as the payoff — with the library in hand, it converts the draw engine into a free-cast engine for anything else in the deck.

Result
Infinite card draw; Infinite draw triggers; Near-infinite storm count; Near-infinite power and toughness for certain creatures until end of turn; Near-infinite untap of some creatures you control
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any mana creature or rock that produces 1 colorless can substitute for Birds of Paradise as the cost engine, though losing the Bird subtype cuts the size pump. If One with the Multiverse is unavailable as the closer, Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac converts the infinite draw into an immediate win once the library is empty.
