Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
The loop draws the whole library but doesn't kill on its own — Thassa's Oracle is the clean closer, and Laboratory Maniac works if Oracle is unavailable. There is no real substitute for Sensei's Divining Top here; the loop depends on a zero-cost bounce-and-recast cycle that only Top provides at this mana efficiency.
