Yenna, Redtooth Regent copies Angelic Renewal each activation, and when Ashnod's Altar cashes in Yenna for two colorless, both Renewals race to return her — one fires, one stands down, and Lightning Greaves re-equips for free to keep Yenna activatable immediately. The loop costs two mana per Yenna tap to start, so any mana engine that recovers those two colorless keeps it going indefinitely.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Lightning Greaves can swap for Swiftfoot Boots if haste is the priority and the one equip mana is available, though Greaves is strictly better here since the equip cost is zero. Phyrexian Altar substitutes for Ashnod's Altar if colored mana is more useful than colorless, and any aristocrats payoff — Zulaport Cutthroat, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, or Felidar Sovereign — converts the infinite death triggers into a win.
