Wild Celebrants enters and destroys up to two target artifacts — relevant, on-rate removal stapled to a 3/2 body for five mana. The cost is the problem: five mana for a 3/2 with no evasion is a bad rate in any powered environment, and there are cheaper ways to hit artifacts.

Wild Celebrants is a bulk common, and that's exactly where it lives — Pauper is its most realistic home, where artifact removal on a creature body has genuine utility and the card pool keeps power levels honest. In Commander, five mana for two artifact kills is passable but never exciting; Reclamation Sage and Bane of Progress do more for the same slot. Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, and Vintage all have cheaper, more efficient artifact interaction that makes Wild Celebrants unplayable in those formats. It's a Pauper card first, a budget Commander filler second, and nothing else.

Price Context
Current price
$0.04 bulk tier
At $0.04, Wild Celebrants is deep bulk — you're paying for cardboard, not the effect. That price is stable by definition: there's no demand spike that moves a card this replaceable.
