Weatherlight Compleated
Legendary Artifact — Vehicle
Flying
As long as Weatherlight Compleated has four or more phyresis counters on it, it's a Phyrexian creature in addition to its other types.
Whenever a creature you control dies, put a phyresis counter on Weatherlight Compleated. Then draw a card if it has seven or more phyresis counters on it. If it doesn't, scry 1.

Weatherlight Compleated converts every draw beyond your first into a body — a flying 1/1 Phyrexian Horror each time you'd draw a second card in a turn — making it a passive token engine that scales directly with how hard you draw. The Locust God runs a nearly identical engine natively, so commanders with high draw volume but no built-in token payoff get the most mileage here.
Format Analysis

Weatherlight Compleated is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, Vintage, and Oathbreaker. Commander is its natural home — the longer game and abundance of wheels, cantrips, and draw-seven effects mean the token trigger fires repeatedly, and a five-mana artifact faces no competitive pressure to justify its slot. In Pioneer and Modern it's legal but barely relevant; five mana for a passive token engine competes poorly against faster, more direct threats in those formats. Legacy and Vintage have the raw draw density to abuse it, but the artifact slot is too contested by powered alternatives for Weatherlight Compleated to see serious play.

Current pricing data for Weatherlight Compleated isn't available in this snapshot, so check Scryfall or TCGPlayer for the live number before buying. It's a mythic rare with a narrow competitive profile — primarily Commander demand — which historically puts cards like this in the $3–8 range unless a specific combo pushes visibility.
