Viashino Sandstalker is a Legacy and Vintage-legal card that sees essentially zero play in those formats — 4 power for three mana was relevant in a different era, and neither format has room for a creature that answers itself. In Commander, it finds its most defensible home in Neheb, the Eternal or similar combat-damage-to-mana shells where the burst damage translates into immediate mana before the bounce ever matters.
