Unwilling Ingredient is a one-mana 1/1 that replaces itself with a card draw when it dies and leaves behind a Food token — but that's a lot of words for a creature that does very little unless you're engineering its death repeatedly. It earns a slot only in dedicated sacrifice or Food-synergy shells; everywhere else it's filler.

In Commander, Unwilling Ingredient is niche by design — it pays off in Gyome, Master Chef builds, Korvold, Fae-Cursed King shells hungry for cheap sacrifice fodder, or any deck that weaponizes Food tokens via Asmor or Lonis lines. In Pauper, the combination of a free card draw on death and a persistent artifact token is more interesting, where incremental value at common is actually competitive currency. Modern, Pioneer, Legacy, and Vintage have no interest — Unwilling Ingredient's ceiling is simply too low for those card pools. It's a build-around piece, not a general-purpose card.
