Unstoppable Ash is Commander-only in practice — Treefolk tribal has no competitive footprint in Legacy, Modern, or Vintage, and the five-mana cost makes it too slow for any non-tribal shell where you'd want a five-drop to do more on its own. In Commander, it's a legitimate engine piece in dedicated Treefolk builds, particularly those running Doran, the Siege Tower, where the toughness bonus doubles as a damage amplifier. Outside of Treefolk tribal, there's no home for it regardless of format legality.
