Uktabi Faerie is a one-mana 1/1 flyer that taps to destroy an artifact — relevant interaction stapled to an evasive body. The cost is that it requires another green or blue permanent to activate, which means it does nothing in a vacuum on an empty board.

In Commander, Uktabi Faerie earns its slot in green-blue decks that can reliably trigger the tap ability — Pauper EDH in particular rewards cheap, repeatable artifact removal on a flying body. In Pauper, it competes with Gleeful Sabotage and similar instant-speed options that don't require setup, which limits its appeal outside of flicker or untap synergy shells. Legacy and Vintage have the card pool to support it but also have far more efficient hate pieces, so Uktabi Faerie rarely makes the cut there. It's best wherever you need artifact removal that doubles as an evasive threat.

Price Context
Current price
$0.14 bulk tier
At $0.14, Uktabi Faerie is deep bulk — easy to acquire in quantity for token or Pauper EDH builds. That price is stable by definition; there's no demand pressure that would move it meaningfully in either direction.
