Gleeful Sabotage destroys two artifacts or enchantments for two mana — that's the deal, and it's a good one in any green deck that can reliably conspire it. Run it when you're already going wide; treat it as a worse Wear // Tear if you're not.

In Commander, Gleeful Sabotage is a role-player in go-wide green and Gruul token lists — the conspire clause is either free or irrelevant, and two-for-one artifact and enchantment removal at sorcery speed is a real rate. In Pauper it competes in a tight slot against Nature's Claim and Gleeful Demolition, and the conspire cost is harder to reliably hit outside dedicated token shells, so it sees fringe play at best. Legacy and Vintage have no interest; Nature's Claim and Abrupt Decay exist, and two-mana sorceries that require a board state to hit their ceiling don't make the cut.
