Uktabi Efreet is a five-mana 3/3 that destroys a target artifact or creature it deals damage to — conditional removal stapled to an understatted body. The upkeep cost of sacrificing a Forest or taking three damage makes it actively punishing to keep in play, and that cost sinks it below the playability threshold in nearly every format.

In Commander, Uktabi Efreet competes in a format full of cheaper, unconditional green removal — Reclamation Sage, Beast Within, and Nature's Claim all do more for less, and none of them drain your land base.
