Titania's Command puts up to four meaningful effects on the board for six mana — exile graveyards, make bear tokens, put lands into play, pump your team — and any two of those modes at once represent serious tempo. Riku of Many Paths copying it doubles the entire package, which is reason enough to run it in any Temur spell-copy shell.

Commanders with the highest synergy

Riku of Many Paths
Riku of Many Paths copies Titania's Command for just three mana, effectively doubling every mode chosen — two extra bears, two graveyards exiled, two +1/+1 counters sweeps — making it one of the most efficient copy targets in the deck.

Ayula, Queen Among Bears
Titania's Command's bear-token modes slot directly into Ayula, Queen Among Bears as both a token producer and a board pump, triggering Ayula's fight and buff abilities while simultaneously answering graveyards or stocking the battlefield.

Nine-Fingers Keene
Nine-Fingers Keene runs enough modal spells to stock the graveyard and pressure multiple angles at once, and Titania's Command's flexibility — especially the land-ramp and counter-pump modes — fills exactly the kind of mid-to-late-game role the deck needs.

Duskana, the Rage Mother
Duskana, the Rage Mother wants a steady supply of 2/2 creatures, and Titania's Command delivers two bears on demand while also scaling the whole board with +1/+1 counters the turn it resolves.

Titania, Nature's Force
Titania, Nature's Force rewards land drops and Forest-matters synergies, and Titania's Command's land-into-play mode both advances that plan and generates additional Elemental tokens through the commander's triggered ability.

Commander is where Titania's Command earns its slot cleanly — six mana is acceptable in a format that regularly hits seven and eight, the four modes cover the most common mid-game needs, and any spell-copy commander turns it into a two-for-one across every chosen effect. In Modern and Pioneer, six mana is a steep ask in a format full of cheaper answers, and the modal flexibility rarely compensates for the speed deficit against aggressive or combo decks. Legacy and Vintage have access to it but have no reason to play it over faster options. Titania's Command is a Commander card through and through.
