In Commander, Stormfront Pegasus has no business in a 99 unless your commander is Thurid, Mare of Destiny and you're leaning hard into the Pegasus type. In Pauper, a 2/1 flyer for two is historically playable, but white has access to Kor Skyfisher, Glint Hawk, and Thraben Inspector — all of which do more work. In Legacy, Pioneer, and Modern, the card is legal and irrelevant; the bar for two-mana creatures in those formats is simply too high for a vanilla 2/1 with wings.
