Soaring Seacliff

Soaring Seacliff is a Commander card through and through — the one-shot evasion effect is too slow and too minor to matter in Legacy, Vintage, or Modern, where the opportunity cost of a tapped land is steep and combat tricks on land are essentially unplayed. In Pauper it's legal but competes against far more efficient common lands, so it sees virtually no play there either. Commander is where the math flips: you're already playing utility lands, games go long enough that a single flying grant can punch through lethal damage, and the zero-card-slot cost justifies the enters-tapped penalty. Outside of specific mutate or evasion-matters strategies, even in Commander it's a fringe inclusion — but for the commanders that want it, no other option delivers the same effect for free.
