Jorn, God of Winter runs every snow permanent it can find to maximize untap triggers, and Snow Devil qualifies — the evasion it grants is a secondary benefit, but in a deck already hungry for snow count, it earns its slot.

In Commander, Snow Devil is a niche piece in snow-tribal builds — it has no business in a generic deck, but dedicated Isu the Abominable lists will run it for the snow subtype alone. In Pauper, flying plus islandwalk is legitimate evasion stapled to a common, though the two-mana aura slot is competitive and the card sees almost no play there. Legacy and Vintage have no interest in Snow Devil — the effect simply does not scale. Oathbreaker follows the same logic as Commander: snow-count matters, everything else passes.
