Skygames is a one-mana blue Aura that taps the enchanted creature and keeps it tapped as long as you pay one mana per upkeep — a soft lock that costs mana every turn to maintain. The payoff is too conditional and too slow for any format where removal is common; you're spending resources to maybe stall one creature.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |
|---|---|
| commander | legal |
| legacy | legal |
| modern | legal |
| pioneer | legal |
| standard | not legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
Skygames sits at the absolute bottom of the power curve in every format it's legal in. In Commander, tapping a single creature for a recurring mana tax does almost nothing against three opponents with full boards. Legacy, Modern, and Pioneer all have access to unconditional removal and faster threats that make a tap-lock Aura irrelevant by turn two. Pauper is the one context where stalling a single large blocker has marginal value, but even there Skygames competes with direct removal and bounce spells that do the job cleanly and for good.

$0.09 bulk tier
At $0.09, Skygames is deep bulk — the kind of card that ends up in a box and never leaves. That price reflects the demand accurately and isn't going anywhere.
