Sinstriker's Will turns any creature into a removal magnet that also punches — enchant it and the equipped creature gains an activated ability that deals damage equal to its power to any target, fueled by tapping and spending mana. The setup cost is real, but Warchanter Skald makes the whole package free on ETB, which is the context where this card stops being a draft curiosity and starts being a genuine engine piece.

Sinstriker's Will is a Commander card — the repeated-activation model only pays off over multiple turns, and the 100-card singleton format gives you enough redundancy (especially around Warchanter Skald) to make the engine consistent. In Legacy or Vintage it's too slow and too fragile; competitive decks at those power levels answer the enchanted creature before you untap. Modern has the same problem with a smaller card pool to support it. Commander is where the math works: you have time to set up, opponents have life totals worth grinding, and the activated ability can dome players or pick off utility creatures turn after turn.
