Siege Striker swings wide and rewards you for it — each creature you tap to pump it adds a +1/+1 counter that sticks, turning a single attack into a permanent size upgrade. The cost is a three-mana 1/1 with no immediate board impact, so if you can't attack profitably on turn four, it's a dead card.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t

In Commander, Siege Striker lives in go-wide token decks that can tap five or six creatures to attack with it and snowball a counter lead over several turns — think Jetmir, Nexus of Revels or Isshin, Two Heavens as One shells. Outside Commander, the card is legal in Modern, Pioneer, Legacy, and Vintage, but sees no meaningful play in any of them; a 1/1 for three with no immediate impact doesn't clear the bar in any of those formats. Siege Striker is a Commander-only proposition, and even there it wants a very specific kind of deck.

Price Context
Current price
$0.10 bulk tier
At $0.10, Siege Striker is deep bulk — the price of a sleeve, not a card. Don't expect that to change; the card has no competitive demand and its Commander applications are narrow enough to keep supply well ahead of demand.
