Seven Dwarves is a 2/2 for two that scales up to a 4/4 — or bigger — the moment you run the full playset, and the four-copy limit is the entire point. Outside of Magda, Brazen Outlaw decks where it checks the Dwarf tribe box and generates Treasure the turn it attacks, it's too parasitic to earn a slot anywhere else.

In Commander, Seven Dwarves is a niche Dwarf-tribal piece locked to Magda, Brazen Outlaw builds that can actually run multiples — most singleton formats neuter the card entirely, but Commander's four-copy exception is the only reason it exists competitively. In Pauper and Pioneer it's a cute aggro curiosity, a 2/2 that occasionally hits 3/3 or 4/4, but red has better two-drops in both formats and the synergy payoff rarely justifies building around it.
