Serra's Liturgy replaces itself and refills your hand based on how many enchantments you control — in a dedicated enchantress shell, that's often three or four cards for five mana. The cost is real, but the payoff is too: this is a reliable mid-game reload that scales with your board rather than a fixed-rate draw spell.

Serra's Liturgy is a Commander card through and through — five mana is acceptable in a 40-life format where enchantress decks are stacking permanents by turn four or five, and the card-advantage ceiling is high enough to justify the slot.
