Rolling Stones lets walls and defender creatures attack — that's the whole card, and for two mana at sorcery speed it does exactly what Pramikon, Sky Rampart and similar defender-tribal strategies need to actually close games. If your deck isn't built around walls, this does nothing; if it is, this is mandatory.

Commanders with the highest synergy

Pramikon, Sky Rampart
Pramikon, Sky Rampart builds around high-toughness defenders to control the attack step, and Rolling Stones converts that defensive wall into a lethal offense — suddenly every Arcades-style blocker that kept opponents in check becomes a threat swinging for damage.

Rolling Stones is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but it's a Commander card through and through. In Legacy and Vintage the effect is too narrow and too slow to matter — no competitive shell wants a two-mana sorcery that conditionally enables attackers. In Commander, defender-tribal decks headlined by Arcades, the Strategist or Pramikon, Sky Rampart treat Rolling Stones as a redundant enabler alongside Arcades's built-in clause, which means it's useful but not unique. Outside of that specific niche, it doesn't belong in the 99.

Pricing data for Rolling Stones isn't currently available, so check Scryfall or TCGPlayer for the live figure. Given its narrow application — essentially a redundant enabler in one Commander archetype — expect it to sit in bulk-rare territory unless defender-tribal spikes in popularity.
