Rolling Stones lets walls and defender creatures attack — that's the whole card, and for two mana at sorcery speed it does exactly what Pramikon, Sky Rampart and similar defender-tribal strategies need to actually close games. If your deck isn't built around walls, this does nothing; if it is, this is mandatory.
