In Pauper, Resculpt competes with cheap enchantment removal at common and sees fringe play in blue control shells that need flexible answers. Modern and Pioneer have access to far more efficient interaction, so Resculpt rarely makes the cut outside of very specific builds that need the exile clause over cheaper options like Disenchant effects.
