Reparations draws you a card every time an opponent targets one of your creatures with a spell — a punishing enchantment in any creature-heavy white-blue shell. Three mana is a real ask for a conditional effect, but against removal-heavy tables it pulls ahead fast.

Reparations is legal in Commander, Legacy, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but Commander is the only format where it earns a slot.
