Regisaur Alpha enters swinging — a 7/6 that drops a 3/3 haste token and hands every other Dinosaur you control haste until end of turn, all for five mana. That rate is good enough to earn a slot in nearly any Dinosaur commander deck, and Ghalta and Mavren or Pantlaza, Sun-Favored will happily trigger off the enter to snowball the board immediately.
Best Commanders
Commanders with the highest synergy

Pantlaza, Sun-Favored
Pantlaza, Sun-Favored's discover trigger fires the moment Regisaur Alpha enters, and the haste anthem means whatever you cascade into can attack the same turn — the combination collapses the usual wait between discovery and pressure.

Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer // Blue, Loyal Raptor
Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer // Blue, Loyal Raptor cares about putting +1/+1 counters on Dinosaurs and attacking, and Regisaur Alpha's immediate haste grant means every Dinosaur on board can threaten combat the same turn Owen's ability resolves.

Gishath, Sun's Avatar
Gishath, Sun's Avatar needs to connect to snowball, and Regisaur Alpha's board-wide haste means the full pack can swing the turn Gishath does, threatening lethal commander damage and a cascade of free Dinosaurs in a single attack.

Zacama, Primal Calamity
Zacama, Primal Calamity decks lean on the three-headed elder for inevitability, and Regisaur Alpha fills the role of mid-game bridge — providing a hasty threat and a free token while Zacama sits in hand waiting for enough mana to untap everything.

Atla Palani, Nest Tender
Atla Palani, Nest Tender hatches Dinosaurs from eggs and needs them to matter immediately, so Regisaur Alpha's haste grant turns every freshly cracked egg into an instant attacker rather than a sitting target.

Commander is where Regisaur Alpha lives — Dinosaur tribal is almost exclusively an EDH archetype, and the card slots into nearly every Naya or Gruul Dinosaur list at an 80%-plus rate under Pantlaza, Sun-Favored alone. In Modern and Pioneer, a five-mana 7/6 with a token attached competes against a removal suite that answers it before it attacks, and neither format has the tribal density to make the haste anthem relevant. Legacy and Vintage are technically legal but irrelevant — the card does nothing those formats care about. Regisaur Alpha is a Commander card first and exclusively.
